# D2BS is not responding

ok I hope someone can help with this  
when I start my profile it starts diablo then it shuts down and I get this message  
D2BS is nit responding…starting profile and it will just keep doing the same thing over and over  
I have checked the profile and the char config there all the same.  
I’m running windows 10 pro I have turned off my firewall

I had same problem.

I changed game.exe and D2Bot.exe compatibility to Win7 and then rebooted computer.

all works well now.
