# Taiwan region - need help to run d2bs

2. you are in Taiwan region and you should bypass that disclaimer

3. d2bot manager and d2 windows disappear after the login step:

- check all d2bot logs
- check windows Event Viewer \> Windows Logs \> Application, filtered by Error Events, looking for D2Bot.exe and Game.exe

1. maybe you should run d2 window visible to see what’s happening (edit the profile and check the **Visible** mode)

2. are you able to manually run d2 directly, without d2bot?

Have that tw disclaimer mini window always that position?  
Does its position depends of d2 position on screen?

… maybe the solution for that mini msg box is to write smth in [AutoIt](https://www.autoitscript.com/site/autoit/)

Does the closing of that mini window with **X** (top-right corner) has the same effect like pressing [Y] button ?
