D2BS: d2bot-with-kolbot project - latest updates

Update:

• the https://github.com/blizzhackers team was growing, and it have more owners to ensure the project survival in the future, but also common members who could manage issues and pull-requests on main script repositories, or to maintain the documentation or other repositories there.

• all the required repositories are there, cloned(forked) from author sources then the forks were removed by github staff at our request, those repositories becoming stand alone, but preserving the previous contributions.

• the main bot repository is https://github.com/blizzhackers/kolbot.

  • at this time it has more merged pull requests, in comparison with the original https://github.com/kolton/d2bot-with-kolbot.
  • to update your copy to the new location, check the bottom of the guide Download.md/#keep-bot-files-updated

• d2bs core: https://github.com/noah-/d2bs (public) or https://github.com/blizzhackers/d2bs (private)

• latest compiled version of d2bot: https://github.com/d2botsharp/d2bot (public) or https://github.com/blizzhackers/d2bot (private)

TortoiseSVN still the update option or has this changed?

ok so no longer update via the SVN, so to update, I have to individually download each file thats less than 30 days old?

this sucks, I have to re-download everything and start all over again?

no. just delete the hidden .svn folder.
then you can use SVN Checkout to a new url.
before proceeding check the paths and correct them.
there will be a warning to checkout in a non-empty folder. bypass it and it will be ok.

sry I am no programmer just a d2 player who has been playing around with kolbot for alil bit, I just would like to know how to delete or find this hidden .svn folder??

Open Control Panel. sort it by icons. open File Explorer Options. In view tab check the option to show hidden files, folders

I cant find the hidden file in the kolbot folder. once i do find it, i just copy the url to main bot repository?

it’s something wrong in your folder structure.
The common download of main branch (trunk/master) with TortoiseSVN using https://github.com/blizzhackers/kolbot/trunk as path for repository (browser link - https://github.com/blizzhackers/kolbot/tree/master), will have this result:

you can see the hidden .svn folder if you already complete the setting posted above
