It seems the latest branch of master/unicode does not support 1.13d any more , D2BS
1.5.1849,D2Bot Version 19.2.8.100 &18.12.12.100

Kolbot still supports 1.13d ?

it’s about old d2bot+kolbot files(before June 2017), and you can find them on

till 18.6.15.200 branch ,it can be used by replace with 1.13d files(d2bs.dll [ v1.5.1849 seen in game] ,d2m.dll, d2bs.exe) to let it work on 1.13d client, only for single player mode.

version behind this seems not support it anyway.

and no 1.13c files can be used in a similar way like this;

for 1.13c patch you can try the older files, shared before d2bot+kolbot release, like d2bs-1.3.1.zip - d2bs-1.4.zip, on …/Diablo II/1.13c by checking GitHub - blizzhackers/bhfiles: www.bhfiles.com mirrors | other projects shared on www.blizzhackers.cc

for 1.13c patches maybe d2nt bot should be also checked https://github.com/mf022/D2NT-1.13c
