maybe your games are too short, or you are using too many creator games on the same IP, or the followers don’t have a proper delay to join/leave the games, …
this is a kind of r/d improvement implemented on d2 main server since June 2017, when they raise the 4 to 8 chars with the same IP in a game.

Since I have 8 bot, they were doing only baal. but I thought if it was just an RD or permanent block
This is a temp realm down type of punishment. Make your games longer, you can’t run or join more than 20 games an hour per isp
