Pickit - pick up or only keep?

If I add a command line, such as
“[name] == halberd && [quality] == unique”
Will it PICK UP all unique halberds and inspect them now?
Or only scan my inventory to see if there is one, then keep it?
If the latter, how do I tell the bot to search the ground for said item?
