Are all the runes in resurrected? Slap a Zoe in that beast. How are the graphics?
D2R have the same gameplay like D2 LoD.
But there are some improvements, like re-activation of some kind of shrines, or the existing of 3 shared stash tabs (10 x10) which can be used by any character from that account. Only classic characters don’t have the shared stash.

Is there hardcore?
yes, and expansion hardcore characters have a shared stash, too.
I didn’t tested on hardcore, but on expansion chars, if you put your gold in any shared stash, you won’t loose gold if you die.
Also, the ladder runewords like spirit/insight/infinity/… are working for single player (offline characters) and non-ladder ones too.
For offline playing are ok even the manually edited d2lod characters, with that *.d2s file converted after that using on-line tool like https://d07riv.github.io/d2r.html, or any others.
You have to place that new converted file on …\My Documents\Diablo II Resurrected\Save\ (default save location for d2r).
