Avoid RD/Coming Back after all

Hello everyone,
I’m coming back after stopping for 2 years.
I remember that in the past they added VPN limitation and restriction to 4 Player per IP.

Is it still valable ?
I have 1 Ip with at least 16 cd keys, no VPN. I wanted to do a 8 Players Smurf game again.
Then do DiaBaal runs.

How do you manage to do that without getting RD ?
How would yo set the gamelenght with 8 players and 16 cd keys.
Do you know any good VPN/cheap proxies that work with D2 ?

All 8 characters can be loaded from 1 IP address now. From what I understand if you do get the “temp ban” aka waiting in line, if you are using 8 characters on 1 IP the punishment will be a 27 day restriction where you cannot log onto those cd keys, accounts, or Ip adress. If you log into any of those it will also flag those new things (whether it is IP address, cd key, or account)

I will say, I have heard that it will be beneficial if you set different timers for your characters to leave the game. If they all leave at the same time it is not good.

Also, that R/d a lot of times is based off “creating games” so limiting your game creation could be very beneficial.

I hope it is okay to expand some questions on this topic if I need to make another post that is fine, but it goes a lot in line with what you are saying and I hope could even be beneficial to you as well if answered.

  1. If I play 8 characters on 1 ip adress and play say 20 games, then immediately start using 7 chars on that same ip address then 1 different NEW character on a different Ip adress and make the NEW character make the games would this prevent R/d? Even though I am having 7 characters join from 1 IP address?

  2. Say I am playing 8 characters on 1 IP address how long do I have to wait from playing that character to switch it to another IP address for it to “forget” I was using a different IP address (This is of course to try to get past R/d) That way I can restart my game create count.

  3. I am very interested in rejoining games for example I make a game, but some of my loaders leave an come back multiple times in that one game, does it still count as only one game against me?
