D2BS is not responding... starting profile after last update

what’s wrong?

need more information.
Not responding could be so many things and not many of them have anything to do with D2BS (slow internet would be the first culperate) what time of day? if its during peak play time when the servers are full could do this as well.
Try rebooting your computer, re boot your router, and give us more info as to what is happening before, during, and after the “not responding” or Wal-Mart symbol of death.
