Was working fine just the other day and all of a sudden it won’t even log in anymore. I noticed in my BotFolder there some files that have a red “!” on them now, no idea what happened.
The red “!” is done by TortoiseSVN and is an indicator that the file has been modified in some way, or if it appears on a folder, a file within that folder or subfolders has been modified.
The only things I changed were stuff I saw in the tutorial so I didn’t really mess with anything else. Also, when the bot was acting up yesterday it would log in but I would get an error about the profile failing to load and some syntax error, but now it won’t even log in. Maybe I should just uninstall and start from scratch again?
Make sure to replace all files. Including d2bs.ini.

You need to update all files from github.
I’m also having the same issue. The bot was working just fine. Now when I push start it won’t even attempt to click battle.net to login… Just waits a couple of seconds and then restarts.

if you are running d2 on Win 10, be sure that you had set the windowed mode.
use tortoiseSVN update for your d2bot-with-kolbot files

I made a complete copy of the folder before editing, using the scripts and bot just in case something strange happened. I just replaced it and it’s working again but I will edit this post if possible once I figure out what actually went wrong. I still have the old folder to mess around with and test if out at any time. I will try your suggested methods to see if they work, thank you for your help!
